Frequently asked questions
How do I print a template at its exact size?
Open the PDF and print at 100% scale ("Actual size"), not "Fit to page". Fitting shrinks the sheet by a few percent and changes the line spacing.
Should I download US Letter or A4?
Use the paper that is in your printer. US Letter (8.5 × 11 in, 216 × 279 mm) is standard in the US, Canada and Mexico; A4 (210 × 297 mm) is used almost everywhere else.
Are the templates really free?
Yes. You can download and print every template for free, without an account and without a watermark, as often as you like.
